It's pretty obvious that i have not taken much action on this website up until now, seeing my previous post was 18 months ago.
Not that I have been taking it easy. To the contrary, there is simply not enough hours in the day, but what gets fitted in daily, well, I am not entirely sure.
In any case, I have finally taken some action on the SSS website front and at least started to get this site in order. All that remains is that I create a new style sheet for this template and input my activities and we will be there.
The fact that I can now actually do the above is a measure of how far I have come with my main project, smartspace. I now have have a fully functioning website platform with real websites and real customers.
Whist it is not officially launched just yet, the time is really coming - I can almost touch it. Early in the new year, probably late January, I will be launching a marketing push locally in the Wide Bay area.
I will be trialling a few ideas for local promotion of the brand. Whatever happens to those initiatives, I am now confident that smartspace is here to stay and will be at least, a moderate success.
Unfortunately, I am going to reduce my focus on sports in the short term, to concentrate on getting the system up and running and becoming profitable. Only then will I refocus my energy on the sports sector.
That does not mean I will not be including sports businesses in my promotions, but I will not be losing any time or sleep if the response is less than ordinary.
